The recreation boys basketball program designs and delivers year round basketball instruction and playing opportunities for boys grades 1- 8. It offers programs for all skill levels and is run by dedicated coaches, parents, and volunteers.

Winter Program 09-10 - Information coming soon

Boys Grades 1-4 at the Carlisle Middle School - Director- Sean O’Leary

This program is designed to offer beginning instruction of fundamental basketball skills in a fun and supportive environment. All participants will receive a shirt.

Boys Grades 5-8 at the Concord Academy - Directors- Jon Smith, Matt MacDougall, and Mike Towers

This program is designed to offer continued instruction of fundamental basketball skills with an introduction to game competition and team systems. All participants after 3 weeks of instruction will be assigned a team and a coach. Participants will enjoy a league game every Saturday along with a team practice one evening a week. All participants will receive a team shirt.

COACHES NEEDED:

The number of boys accepted into the winter programs is commensurate to the number of volunteer coaches. All teams need at least two coaches. Call the Recreation department at 1-978-369-6540 if you would like to coach.
